About This Event
- Participation: Teams of 3 members.
- Duration: 45 minutes for preparation and plating.
- Restrictions: No electrical appliances (induction, microwave, heaters) or open flames are allowed.
- Pre-cooked items (like boiled potatoes or pre-baked bread) are permitted, but no processing should happen on-site using heat.
- Hygiene: Participants must bring their own ingredients, aprons, gloves, and serving mats. Workstations must be left spotless.
- Judging: Based on taste, nutritional value, innovation, and 'plating' (presentation).
- Presentation plays a key role; teams must display and explain their dish.
