  3. Idea must include problem, solution, and business model.
  4. Pitch duration: 5 minutes presentation.
  5. Followed by 3-minute Q&A.
  6. Exceeding time may lead to penalty.
  7. Ideas must be original and innovative.
  8. Any plagiarism leads to disqualification.
  9. Clear communication and structure required.
  10. Judges' decision is final.
