About This Event

  1. Participation: Teams of 3 members.
  2. Duration: 45 minutes for preparation and plating.
  3. Restrictions: No electrical appliances (induction, microwave, heaters) or open flames are allowed.
  4. Pre-cooked items (like boiled potatoes or pre-baked bread) are permitted, but no processing should happen on-site using heat.
  5. Hygiene: Participants must bring their own ingredients, aprons, gloves, and serving mats. Workstations must be left spotless.
  6. Judging: Based on taste, nutritional value, innovation, and 'plating' (presentation).
  7. Presentation plays a key role; teams must display and explain their dish.
